Aurex has formed a joint venture with Telesis, creating Aurex-Telesis Solutions, an SBA mentor-protégé joint venture designed to compete for growing and strategic federal bids.
The joint venture combines Aurex’s expertise in hypersonics, missile defense, modeling, simulation and orbital systems with Telesis’ capabilities in AI and machine learning solutions, digital engineering and model-based systems engineering.
Aurex-Telesis Solutions will use rapid prototyping and digital engineering to compete for federal contracts and deliver mission-ready solutions that move programs from “whiteboard to warfighter” with speed and scale.
Aurex CEO Warren Kohm said the formation of Aurex-Telesis Solutions marks a major step in the company’s push to deliver mission-critical technologies faster by combining Aurex’s strengths in missile defense and space systems with Telesis’ AI and digital engineering capabilities.
“This Mentor-Protégé joint venture is not just about pursuing broader bids; it’s about providing our government partners with a more agile, lower cost, technologically superior choice while defending the nation,” he added
