    Eric Eberline

Director, US Army and Intelligence Community, Intel Government Technologies

Eric Eberline drove significant momentum for Intel Government Technologies in 2025, leading more than 60% year-over-year growth across the U.S. Army and intelligence community. His success stems from a simple formula: deeply understand the mission, meet customers where they are, and deliver solutions that meaningfully improve operational outcomes.

Eberline and his team work side-by-side with national security customers to show what’s possible when enabling AI at the edge. They develop tailored demos and mission-aligned use cases that illustrate how AI can reduce workload for soldiers and analysts, increase effectiveness at the tactical edge, and accelerate decision-making.

A core part of his leadership approach is building trust. Eberline serves as a strategic partner and trusted advisor to his customers. His goal: ensure every agency gets what it needs to succeed, supported by the full breadth of Intel’s technical expertise. He acts as a translator between mission requirements and Intel’s engineering teams, ensuring national security customers have a clear, efficient path to the solutions they need.

“Eric exemplifies what it means to be a mission-first leader,” said Greg Clifton, general manager of government go to market and sales at Intel Government Technologies. “He brings a rare combination of operational experience, technical depth and genuine commitment to his customers. His ability to translate mission needs into actionable technology solutions is transforming how our government partners achieve outcomes.”

    Why Watch

In 2026, Eberline and his team are focused on helping national security agencies modernize with more secure, assured, U.S.-designed and U.S.-manufactured semiconductors. He sees a growing need for hardware assurance, more secure fabrication, and domestic IP ownership — areas where he and his team at Intel offer a critical advantage for mission owners.

Fun fact: Eberline grew up overseas before attending West Point, going on to serve in Army aviation, foreign affairs and military intelligence. His global upbringing and military career continue to shape his leadership style and his commitment to supporting mission partners.
