Wes Daniels
CEO, Clarity
Wes Daniels’ biggest achievement in 2025 was completing a successful integration and expanding Clarity’s operational capabilities to deliver measurable mission impact for the nation. This enabled faster execution, broader reach and greater reliability for our customers in critical environments. The results reflect a team focused on outcomes, not activity.
Why Watch
In 2026, Daniels’ team is focused on scaling Clarity as a trusted mission partner to the U.S. government by delivering critical capabilities with speed, rigor and reliability. The team is building the next generation of mission platforms while expanding the use of intellectual property-generated contracting mechanisms to accelerate access and execution. This approach positions Clarity at the forefront of nontraditional acquisition methods the government is prioritizing to move faster and deliver results.
The government is currently prioritizing non-kinetic cyber and AI capabilities that deliver real-time mission advantage. Clarity’s IP-driven platforms enable the Defense Department and intelligence community to move faster, reduce operational friction and deliver effects where and when they matter most. By shortening decision cycles and improving mission execution, the company helps teams on the front lines accomplish their objectives with greater efficiency and confidence.
“I’m honored to lead an exceptional team enabling the future of digital warfare,” Daniels said. “We’re building resilient mission infrastructure and cyber capabilities that allow our customers to operate faster, smarter, and with greater confidence in contested environments. What drives us is preparing today’s warfighters for tomorrow’s fight—delivering the right capabilities at the speed the mission demands.”
Fun fact: Many know Daniels as the CEO of Clarity or a former Marine, but what matters most to him is his faith, his wife and being a father to five children. He and his wife, Darcie, started a foundation that helps fund the distribution of nearly 3.5 million Bibles each year, a passion project rooted in their values. Outside of work, he’s most often found at his kids’ games on the weekends or traveling with his family to their favorite places.
