    Damon Griggs, Harmonia Holdings Group

    Damon Griggs

CEO & Chairman, Harmonia Holdings Group

In 2025, Harmonia welcomed Maveris into its portfolio and completed the integration of both organizations within the year. Despite significant challenges in the federal civilian and health markets, including budget reductions and a government shutdown, the company achieved strong organic growth by prioritizing customers and driving innovation to address complex challenges. Harmonia’s leadership team, led by Damon Griggs, remains committed to its long-term vision: sustaining organic growth while preparing for the next strategic acquisition.

Harmonia works with agencies to maximize their technology investments in support of mission needs without disrupting the daily work of the federal workforce or the services delivered to constituents. By navigating each agency’s unique framework, the company focuses on meeting current efficiency demands while streamlining for the future, pairing the right subject matter expertise with technical experience to apply emerging technologies effectively.

    Why Watch

Harmonia helps government agencies navigate critical transformations and operate effectively amid rapid technological change. As a mid-size company, it combines the strengths of both small and large organizations. Harmonia maintains its small-business roots through a strong customer focus, emphasizing responsiveness, flexibility, agility and an entrepreneurial mindset to build long-term partnerships. At the same time, it draws on the resources of larger companies to invest in innovation, training, talent and subject matter expertise.

“I’m very fortunate to work alongside an exceptional team whose dedication to our customers, our company and each other inspires me every day,” Griggs said. “Their commitment to excellence and collaboration gives me great confidence in our continued success, and I couldn’t be more optimistic about what we will achieve together.”

Fun fact: Griggs’ first job after college was working as a deckhand aboard a small cruise ship traveling from Alaska to South America and the Caribbean. Motivated by a passion for travel and constrained by student loans, he found a way to see the world while working. The experience shaped his work ethic, reinforced the value of teamwork and continues to influence his collaborative leadership style.
