    Noah Klemm, Redhorse

    Noah Klemm

    CEO, Redhorse

Noah Klemm says he’s most proud of leading Redhorse’s transformation into a high-growth, full and open business capable of serving as a prime on programs of national significance. Central to that shift has been building a team of experienced industry leaders focused on delivering measurable customer outcomes. Redhorse’s long-standing focus on the intersection of data, technology and mission shaped the integration of Allied Associates and Mannakee, creating an organization with the scale and sophistication to take on the government’s most complex challenges.

Redhorse aligns with the administration’s priorities by emphasizing results: lowering costs, streamlining operations and improving mission efficiency through technology. For the company, AI is not experimental; it’s a practical tool to help customers achieve real mission outcomes.

In practice, Redhorse is focused on scalable, production-grade AI. That includes faster data processing, more rapid analytic exploitation and improved readiness through predictive maintenance and decision support. The company is deliberate about fitting these capabilities into existing government workflows so adoption is straightforward and value is realized quickly. The goal is consistent mission impact with lower cost over time.

    Why Watch

In 2026, Klemm and his team are focused on delivering on the promise of AI across government. Redhorse quadrupled internal research and development funding under Chief Technology Officer Matt Teschke and launched several major programs in 2025 with significant AI components. Those efforts include use cases from predictive maintenance that keeps Air Force aircraft flying to analyzing large volumes of counter-threat finance data to identify bad actors. Klemm sees his role as ensuring Redhorse technologists and subject-matter experts have the resources to continue innovating for customers.

Fun fact: Klemm has been a soccer referee for over a decade, starting when his daughter took it up at 13. He now referees high school matches in northern Virginia and mentors new referees, a role he credits with keeping him fit and, unexpectedly, expanding his GovCon network.
