    Michael LaRouche

    CEO, Serco North America

Michael LaRouche’s biggest achievement is earning the confidence of the Serco Group CEO and board of directors to be appointed CEO of Serco North America. Leading within a multinational organization, LaRouche draws on experience running businesses across the Middle East, the U.K. and Europe, Australia and Asia, as well as North America.

He now leads Serco’s North America division, guiding a team he describes as highly talented and mission-driven, focused on solving complex problems, improving government effectiveness and efficiency and delivering better outcomes for citizens.

Serco aligns closely with the current administration’s priorities through a strong problem-solving culture, a focus on execution and a commitment to continuous improvement. Those attributes allow the company to adapt quickly and contribute meaningfully as government needs evolve.

    Why Watch

Serco enters 2026 as a strong organization with deep talent and momentum, with LaRouche focused on pushing the company further. The year ahead centers on two priorities. First, Serco is elevating business leadership beyond industry norms by applying AI to how it operates. Second, the company is expanding its strategy to deliver compelling capabilities that help customers achieve bold outcomes faster.

Fun fact: A University of Michigan graduate, LaRouche is a lifelong Michigan football fan. The connection runs deep: his father and brothers also attended Michigan, and he grew up going to games with them.
