President, Chugach Government Solutions, LLC
Laine Klein’s biggest achievement will be establishing strong alignment, clarity and execution as president of Chugach Government Solutions while positioning the company for its next phase of growth.
Since joining the CGS team, Klein is focused on listening to employees and customers, strengthening leadership cadence, and implementing data-driven business reviews to improve accountability and performance. This foundation is enabling CGS to scale responsibly while continuing to deliver mission-critical outcomes for federal customers.
“Laine is a leader with deep operational experience and a proven ability to build culture while guiding organizations through growth,” said Peter Andersen, COO of Chugach Alaska Corp.
“More than that, she embodies the core values of Chugach. CGS is a critical part of Chugach Alaska Corporation, and it requires a leader who reflects who we are while also serving as a national security leader — someone with the vision and capability to take CGS into the future. That leader is Laine Klein.”
In terms of aligning with the current administration’s priorities to reduce cost, streamline operations and improve government efficiency, Chugach Government Solutions is helping agencies operate more efficiently through reliable installation support, facilities management, infrastructure modernization and IT services.
Chugach Government Solutions is focused on disciplined execution, proactive maintenance and scalable systems that reduce downtime, control costs and allow government customers to concentrate on their core missions. Internally, CGS is also modernizing enterprise platforms and standardizing processes to operate leaner, improve transparency, and deliver greater value to the government and Alaska Native shareholders.
