    Ali Reza Manouchehri, MetroStar

    Ali Reza Manouchehri

    CEO & Co-Founder, MetroStar

Ali Reza Manouchehri’s most significant recent achievement is leading MetroStar’s evolution into an AI-enabled solutions provider focused on measurable mission outcomes.

Over the past 24 months, the company moved beyond pilots and proofs of concept to operationalizing AI and automation across key Defense Department and intelligence community programs. The shift is already reducing delivery friction, increasing speed and mission readiness, and freeing mission owners to focus on higher-value work.

MetroStar aligns closely with administration priorities by putting people and mission before profit. That approach is why customers rely on the company to address a wide range of challenges. MetroStar focuses on automating repeatable work, modernizing legacy systems, and embedding efficiency into daily operations through its products and AI-assisted delivery models. This approach lowers operational costs, accelerates timelines and improves transparency and accountability for government leaders.

    Why Watch

In 2026, Manouchehri’s team is focused on responsibly scaling AI and AI products across defense and national security agencies to reduce cost and complexity at the system level. That work includes embedding automation, agentic workflows and data-driven decision support directly into the hands of maintainers, logisticians, analysts and warfighters. The goal is not AI for its own sake, but AI that materially improves readiness, efficiency and lethality at scale.

Fun fact: Manouchehri is deeply interested in leadership lessons drawn from history, sports and moments of crisis. Those experiences shape how he builds resilient teams and makes clear decisions under pressure. He also enjoys translating complex technical and strategic ideas into stories that inspire action.
