Jill Daley
Vice President, Two Six Technologies
Jill Daley’s most significant recent achievement was leading the strategic expansion of Two Six’s prime General Services Administration Federal Systems Integration and Management Center Small Business Innovation Research contract.
Her work secured a $200 million ceiling increase and nearly doubled the company’s capacity to deliver products and capabilities to an increasingly diverse and growing customer base. Strengthening this vehicle and Two Six’s relationship with GSA is a pivotal growth lever that enables more integrated high-value innovation and technology for customers’ most critical missions efficiently and at scale.
“Jill Daley is the kind of leader our industry needs right now. She combines deep mission understanding with the ability to navigate complex government environments, ensuring that the mission never loses momentum,” said Amy Dalton, chief performance officer at Two Six Technologies.
Why Watch
This year, Daley and her team are deliberately scaling impact by aligning and, in some cases, integrating Two Six’s full suite of products, capabilities and expertise to help customers get after more missions faster. Internally, they are optimizing how they organize, deploy and support their teams so the people who drive that impact — the lifeblood of Two Six — are equipped and empowered.
“We know that the national security challenges facing the U.S. today are too great and complex to be solved by traditional services models and have instead built a company that pairs purpose-built products with highly specialized expertise to deliver outcomes rather than headcount,” Daley said. “It’s a direction we’ve been pursuing well before the current administration and one that makes us more resilient as the industry evolves.”
Fun fact: A “Bob Dylan freak,” Daley attended her first concert at age 8 with her dad. Decades and several shows later, his music has become a constant in her life.
