Sabel Systems Technology Solutions, LLC has acquired Centil, strengthening its footprint in DevSecOps, CI/CD product development and space-domain systems engineering.

The deal marks Sabel Systems’ second acquisition since Sagewind Capital’s majority investment in October 2024, the company said.

“This acquisition brings together two teams that excel at solving complex engineering challenges and turning them into mission-ready solutions,” said Shawn Purvis, CEO of Sabel Systems. “Centil’s deep space-domain expertise combined with our digital engineering ecosystem strengthens our ability to deliver integrated, high-impact solutions for every customer we serve.”

This move bolsters Sabel Systems’ digital engineering ecosystem and expands its capabilities for defense and commercial missions in space.

“Joining Sabel Systems marks an exciting next chapter for Centil,” said Travis Hohn, CEO of Centil. “By combining our deep space-domain and DevSecOps expertise with Sabel System’s advanced digital engineering ecosystem, we’re creating a stronger, more integrated capability for our space customers missions.”

KippsDeSanto & Co. served as financial advisor to Centil; Sparks Wilson, P.C. provided legal counsel; Goodwin Proctor LLP provided M&A legal counsel to Sabel Systems; and Morrison & Foerster LLP provided counsel on government matters.
