    Nicole Butts, Command Holdings

Command Holdings, a Pequot Company, has named Nicole Butts director of acquisition innovation and quality control, bringing in a leader known for turning complex acquisition strategy into real-world results.

Butts will play a key role in expanding the company’s federal footprint, strengthening engagement with civilian and defense agencies and sharpening how Command Holdings supports its customers.

With over 20 years of experience shaping acquisition strategy across federal agencies, Butts brings a track record of driving change through smarter processes and practical technology integration, the company said.

At Command Holdings, she will focus on advancing contract execution and helping government customers gain greater efficiency, stronger value and more cost-effective outcomes as the company continues to grow.

“Nicole’s comprehensive background in federal acquisition will strengthen how we support our customers, from more efficient processes to continued high-quality contract execution,” said Jon Panamaroff, CEO of Command Holdings. “Her leadership will help us deliver even greater value, while continuing to grow our partnerships across the federal government. Her expertise aligns with our commitment to delivering outstanding value and mission success for the partners we serve.”

Butts held senior leadership roles across federal agencies and the defense sector, including DHS, USAID, the U.S. Coast Guard and the Department of the Navy. She led complex global operations, modernized procurement to speed award timelines and earned multiple government awards for excellence in acquisition and strategic sourcing.
