Everfox has appointed Dave Wajsgras as chairman and CEO, succeeding Sean Berg, who’s stepping down as CEO and will remain in an advisory role.
“Everfox is a leader in defense-grade, high-assurance cybersecurity solutions designed to protect mission-critical data and networks for the United States government, our closest allies, and regulated industries,” Wajsgras said. “I’m excited to be joining the company at this pivotal time and look forward to working with the Everfox team supporting our global customers as their trusted cybersecurity partner. The need for the trusted, innovative solutions that Everfox delivers is greater than ever.”
Wajsgras brings over 25 years of senior leadership experience across the commercial and defense sectors. He most recently served as CEO of Intelsat, where he led the company’s move from a wholesale broadband capacity provider to an end-to-end managed services communications leader. He spent nearly 15 years at Raytheon Co., holding senior leadership roles including president of Raytheon’s Intelligence, Information and Services business and senior vice president and chief financial officer.
“Dave is an experienced leader who brings unmatched strategic, operational, and financial expertise to Everfox,” said Peter Leav, vice chairman of Everfox’s board of directors. “His entrepreneurial vision and success in growing and scaling global organizations make him an excellent fit to lead the company’s next chapter. On behalf of the board, I want to recognize Sean for his significant contributions in building Everfox into the dynamic organization that it is today.”
Tim Millikin, a partner at TPG, said Wajsgras’ appointment builds on Everfox’s strong momentum as the company expands its platform and defense-grade capabilities across cloud and artificial intelligence environments.
