CSA has appointed Stephen Dolski as its new chief financial officer.
In this role, Dolski will spearhead financial strategy and oversee critical operational functions, including accounting, contracts, human resources, information technology, pricing and program control.

Dolski brings to the role experience in privately held, private-equitybacked and publicly traded companies in the government contracting industry. Prior to joining CSA, he served as CFO at SilverEdge, where he supported the company’s successful sale to SAIC.
He has also held senior financial leadership positions at SC3, Serco-North America, Illuminate, ASRC Federal and Lockheed Martin.
As CFO, Dolski will help shape the company’s financial roadmap and ensure its operational infrastructure supports its long-term goals, the company said.
