ASRC Federal has won a contract valued at up to $2.3 billion from the Defense Logistics Agency to provide supply chain management for the agency’s Chemicals and Packaged Petroleum Oils and Lubricants program.
The work will be carried out by ASRC Federal Facilities Logistics, which will manage ChemPOL commodities supporting over 5,000 U.S. installations worldwide along with allied partners through Foreign Military Sales. ASRC Federal has supported the program since 2007.
Under the contract, the company will oversee demand planning, technical procurement, distribution hub operations and quality and obsolescence management. ASRC Federal said its integrated IT system enables real-time requisition processing, while a dedicated customer portal gives the agency continuous visibility into inventory and order status.

“We are honored to facilitate the third generation of this vital DLA chemical and lubricant supply program,” said Jennifer Felix, president and CEO of ASRC Federal. “Our supply chain management and logistics team has proven themselves time and again as a reliable partner in the mission to get critical supplies to military commanders on time and on budget.”
The effort supports Defense Department supply chain demand worldwide, with the team handling about 17,000 delivery orders each month.
Awarded by DLA Aviation, the contract includes a 5-year base period, followed by one 3-year option and one 2-year option.
