Tim Tignor
Vice President Public Sector, Tadaweb
Tim Tignor’s biggest recent achievement was launching the U.S. subsidiary of a successful European open-source intelligence company. Building the business plan, marketing and go-to-market strategy required long days and weekends, but landing the first five customers within 12 months made the effort worthwhile. Tignor credits both his U.S. team and headquarters for supporting the work that made it possible.
Tadaweb’s software has a strong reputation for enabling analysts to focus on analysis rather than manual collection. Users automate collection tasks in the platform and use AI to draw conclusions and generate reports, resulting in more efficient teams. With competitive pricing and a streamlined workflow, customers see the platform as directly aligned with government efficiency priorities.
“In 2025, I chose Tim to execute our new strategy enabled by two U.S.-based strategic venture capital funds, accelerating our expansion into the American market,” said François Gaspard, CEO and co-founder. “With more than three decades of experience creating solutions for critical national security problems, Tim brings the mission insight and strategic intuition I need for this market.”
Why Watch
In 2026, Tadaweb will expand its product line beyond its operating system for publicly available information to a new maritime domain awareness capability. The platform will use AI to fuse publicly available information and commercially available information to deliver actionable intelligence typically found only on classified networks.
“Tadaweb’s platform is already a game changer in the PAI/OSINT space and I’m looking forward to introducing our new MDA capability in 2026 to an expanded set of customers,” he said. “In today’s constantly evolving geopolitical environment, it will be critical for national security customers to leverage advanced AI tools that leverage PAI/CAI to maintain their competitive edge.
Fun fact: For fun, Tignor channels his passion for high-performance driving by instructing enthusiasts with BMW and Porsche clubs. He also enjoys exploring the United States in his camper, so his location is often a moving target.
