Under Graviss’ leadership, Atlassian’s public sector team shaped the strategy, requirements, and customer partnerships that guided AGC from concept to launch, enabling agencies to move off of aging data center deployments and into a modern, scalable platform aligned with federal security and operational expectations. AGC creates a clear modernization runway for government teams ready to transform how they work.

His three sons are now great water skiers, but he still takes a run each year to remind them he’s not done yet.
