    Jeff Mujsce, BryceTech

    Jeff Mujsce

    Chief Growth Officer, BryceTech

Jeff Mujsce’s biggest recent achievement was leading BryceTech through a challenging 2025 while maintaining stability, growth and mission delivery for government customers.

Despite a challenging operating environment marked by shifting priorities, contract cancellations and a government shutdown, BryceTech’s leadership team remained disciplined and focused, resulting in more than 10% growth and a significantly expanded prime footprint.

They positioned the company to compete for and pursue work under major vehicles awarded in late 2024, including OASIS+ and Space Force Hemisphere, by investing in people, AI-enabled tools and business development systems that drive standardization, repeatability and consistent execution.

“Jeff leads with discipline and judgment. During a year of significant disruption, he helped keep BryceTech focused on execution, people, and long-term positioning, ensuring we continued to grow while honoring our commitments to customers and staff,” said Mark Herzing, BryceTech CFO.

Federal priorities to reduce cost, streamline operations and improve government efficiency are not new priorities for BryceTech — they have been foundational to how it operates since the company’s inception. BryceTech applies analytics and AI-enabled tools to eliminate duplication, improve workforce planning, and help agencies make faster, better-informed decisions across acquisition, program management and mission support.

One illustrative example is its investment in a structured, month-long AI learning series for the entire workforce, with multiple sessions each week, designed to build practical fluency rather than one-time exposure.

    Why Watch

Mujsce and his team are focused on pursuing and winning larger, unrestricted contracts where BryceTech’s experience, capabilities and people can deliver the strongest outcomes for the government. They will continue to leverage BryceTech’s contract vehicles, deliberately using them as platforms for disciplined growth, informed positioning and consistent execution.

As an active and accountable prime, BryceTech is committed to anticipating government needs, meeting every contractual obligation, and valuing the teammates and staff whose dedication enables BryceTech to deliver ahead of expectations.

Fun fact: Most people don’t know that Mujsce is a retired Marine and starts most workdays in the gym before 6 a.m. That routine keeps him grounded and focused, and it mirrors how he approaches work: disciplined, consistent and deliberate.
