    Ryan Beauchemin, ITC Federal

    Ryan Beauchemin

Vice President – DOJ, ITC Federal

ITC Federal is focused on supporting federal law enforcement initiatives across the Justice Department. Ryan Beauchemin’s team delivers real-time data to law enforcement officials wherever and whenever it is needed.

By prioritizing consolidation and eliminating redundancies, the team enables mission success for federal law enforcement and DOJ customers through IT solutions ranging from automation to AI.

ITC Federal aligns with the administration’s priorities by delivering cost-effective solutions that reduce operational burden and improve mission outcomes. The company embeds process automation, data analytics and modern cloud services to streamline workflows, speed decision-making and eliminate manual, duplicative tasks while maximizing existing investments, ensuring system interoperability and lowering total cost of ownership.

ITC Federal partners closely with DOJ stakeholders to standardize processes, increase transparency and deliver rapid, measurable improvements in performance and efficiency that support mission needs.

“Leadership is about getting the most out of the people that work for you to allow them to grow in their position or potentially move into a new role,” Beauchemin said.

    Why Watch

In its work supporting the Executive Office for Immigration Review, the team saved $600,000 annually in cloud costs by continuously identifying opportunities to reduce spending.

“Ryan is an exceptional Senior Executive whose leadership has been instrumental in establishing and advancing ITC’s Law Enforcement practice,” said ITC Federal CEO Greg Fitzgerald. “He has secured hundreds of millions in new DOJ and federal law enforcement contract awards, positioning the organization as a trusted mission partner. Ryan has built and mentors a high-performing team of mission-focused leaders who consistently deliver measurable outcomes that enhance DOJ operations and public safety. His strategic vision, integrity, and commitment to excellence make him a standout executive and an invaluable asset to both ITC and the federal law enforcement community.”

Fun fact: Beauchemin’s father served in the Army throughout his childhood, which meant moving often. While he didn’t appreciate it at the time, the experience exposed him to communities across the U.S. and helped him build relationships with people from around the world, many of which he still maintains today. It gave him a deeper appreciation for the country and the shared challenges people face regardless of background.
