Over the past year, McEachron led meaningful progress in reshaping how CGI Federal operates, secures and delivers technology. In early 2025, McEachron assumed leadership of CGI’s Federal Solutions Group, and under his direction, the team moved decisively from experimentation to execution, embedding AI into enterprise solutions to automate complex workflows, enhance decision-making and improve user experiences. These capabilities help federal agencies streamline operations, elevate service delivery and unlock new insights from their data.
CGI shares the government’s priorities — increasing efficiency, eliminating redundancy, preventing fraud, waste and abuse, and streamlining operations. Under McEachron’s guidance, the solutions team is building the foundational pieces and components to enable nimble change.
