In this segment, WashingtonExec’s Amanda Ziadeh sits down with Horace Blackman, senior vice president leading the Defense, Intelligence and Space Business Unit at CGI Federal, and George Lamb, director of Defense Department Information Network capabilities in the Information Enterprise Office of the DOD CIO. Together, they discuss IT and software modernization across the defense sector.
