Why Watch
Bloomberg Industry Group has long delivered tools that make government work easier, Correria said. From consolidating information through its BGOV product to helping calculate corporate tax returns with BTAX, the company strives to create value and efficiency in its offerings.
“HR is no longer just about implementing policies; it’s about purpose and engagement of a multi-generational workforce,” Correria said. “I’m proud of how our team has reimagined the employee experience to be more inclusive, data-informed and aligned with the future of work.”
In 2025 and 2026, her team is focused on delivering a companywide mentoring program, scaling HR technology pilot programs, including AI-driven tools that enhance talent acquisition and workforce planning, and elevating strategic communications efforts to keep employees engaged and supported. Their goal? To help build and support a future-ready workforce aligned with business goals.
Fun fact: Correria loves to destress by building LEGO sets, especially the larger sets in various themes, including castle, modular, icons, classic and “Star Wars.”
