    Travis Johnson, Amentum

    Travis Johnson

    CFO, Amentum

Travis Johnson’s biggest recent achievement was celebrating Amentum’s first anniversary as a newly merged public company, a major milestone after a truly transformational year.

The merger’s goal of creating a resilient global leader in advanced engineering and technology solutions has proven successful, reflected in strong operational and financial performance. The company increased its full-year organic guidance on the third-quarter earnings call and significantly reduced debt through divestitures and improved cash flow. Amentum’s success in its first year is the result of the dedication and hard work of more than 50,000 employees committed to delivering for their customers’ most important missions.

The administration’s push for a smarter, more agile government aligns with Amentum’s strengths in digital modernization, space solutions, cybersecurity and systems integration. The company is well-equipped to support enduring missions while helping government agencies adopt next-generation technologies and processes to streamline operations and improve efficiency.

    Why Watch

Johnson said he’s fortunate to be part of an extraordinary, hard-working team that showed collaboration and agility while navigating the complexities of being a newly merged public company in fiscal 2025. The team stayed focused on delivering strategic, growth, operational and financial commitments while successfully executing integration and public company transition initiatives.

Fun fact: After almost 50 seasons, Johnson and his wife still reserve Wednesday nights for watching “Survivor.”
