Harmonia Holdings Group has named David Martens chief growth officer, bringing him on to lead growth operations and drive internal coordination around the company’s go-to-market strategy.
Harmonia delivers technology solutions to federal agencies, focused on helping customers use data to meet mission needs. The company emphasizes innovation across government through a highly skilled technical workforce and solutions aimed at solving complex challenges.
“Harmonia is in an enviable position in the market, retaining the agility and entrepreneurial spirit of a small company while drawing on the resources and experience of companies magnitudes larger,” Martens said. “I am excited to help use these differentiators to position us as a go-to resource for customers that need a pragmatic approach to implementing innovative solutions to meet today’s mission needs.”
Martens brings experience scaling organizations with revenues over $150 million. He most recently served as a partner in Guidehouse’s technology practice. Before that, he held senior leadership roles at Dovel Technologies and RNSolutions, where he led operations and growth for one of the company’s largest business units and supported multiple M&A transactions.
Anil Patibandla, who previously served as president and chief growth officer, will now focus on his role as president. He will draw on his industry expertise and relationships with customers, partners and industry leaders to guide strategic growth. Patibandla will work closely with Martens to ensure new opportunities align with the company’s long-term strategy.
“We’re excited to have David’s experience and enthusiasm on the team driving our growth goals and working alongside Anil,” said Damon Griggs, CEO of Harmonia. “Together, they bring valuable perspectives not only on the contracting market but also on the needs of our customers which will enable us to develop meaningful solutions that can make an immediate and lasting impact.”
