Looking ahead, she said she’s excited to help Nightwing continue defining its identity — one that fosters a culture of excellence, growth and genuine connection for every employee.

    Like other organizations in the industry, Nightwing is focused on delivering the best possible employee experience while optimizing resources to ensure customers aren’t burdened with unnecessary costs.

    “Stephanie Winebarger is reshaping how we think about people and culture at Nightwing,” said Bob Coleman, CEO of Nightwing. “She knows our mission success depends on attracting and keeping the best talent in national security and she’s building an environment where employees feel valued, supported, and inspired to give their best every day.”
