Sylvia Kilpatrick’s biggest recent achievement will be successfully leading the harmonization of benefits, policies and HR systems across SMX, including cBEYONData, which was acquired by SMX earlier this year.

Since 2020, its mission mantra has been “We sell outcomes, not hours.” By adopting outcome-based approaches, federal clients can meaningfully reduce costs and risk while gaining improved quality, scalability, security, reliability and speed of delivery.

Most recently she led her fifth HR integration at SMX of an acquired company of 450 people. Sylvia reflects not just leadership, but a legacy of transformation.”
