    Rhonda White, RELI Group

RELI Group has appointed Rhonda White as CMS business development and capture manager. She brings over 20 years of experience leading large-scale programs and growth initiatives in the federal health sector.

In her new role, White will lead RELI’s strategic pursuits with the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services and support the company’s expansion across federal health.

She has managed complex health portfolios, led modernization and fraud prevention efforts, and advanced cross-agency collaboration. White will help position RELI to deliver innovative, mission-focused solutions for its government partners.

“Rhonda’s proven leadership and deep understanding of CMS operations make her an exceptional addition to RELI,” said Vishal Tulsian, president and COO of RELI Group. “Her experience guiding mission-critical programs and strategic pursuits will be instrumental as we continue to grow our health sector presence and deliver innovative solutions to our government partners.”

White most recently served as a senior capture manager supporting federal civilian health programs. She holds a Master of Public Health from San Diego State University, a Bachelor of Science in health science from Towson University, and certifications as a Project Management Professional and AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner.
