General Dynamics Information Technology has promoted Jylinda Johnson to senior vice president of the Federal Civilian division, assuming Paul Nedzbala’s former role as he’s been appointed chief business officer of the Enterprise Business Office.
These leadership changes take effect Jan. 1.
“Paul and Jylinda’s leadership, expertise and operational excellence have been instrumental in driving GDIT’s strong performance,” said Amy Gilliland, GDIT president. “I look forward to the energy and perspectives they will bring in their new roles as we continue to strengthen our organization and deliver long-term value to our customers.”

In her new role, Johnson will lead the strategic direction, growth, planning and performance of teams supporting federal civilian, state and local agencies, the company said. She most recently led GDIT’s government operations and citizen services sector, where she led digital modernization initiatives for over 20 federal civilian agencies.
As Enterprise Business Office lead, Nedzbala will oversee real estate and facilities, program support, technology shared services, security, supply chain and subcontracts.
