    Isaiah “Ike” Rivers

Chief Security Officer, Institute for Defense Analyses

Ike Rivers said his team’s achievements this year included receiving a Superior rating during the Annual DCSA Security Review, a Pass score during the DCSA CORA inspection, and Pass scores during both the DIA SCIF and NSA SCIF inspections.

The team’s mission is to help the Defense Department become more lethal, effective and efficient. The company aligns with administration priorities by lowering costs through automation and smarter procurement, streamlining operations by modernizing and consolidating legacy systems, and improving efficiency with data-driven tools that speed service delivery. Its focus is on delivering measurable outcomes that enhance government performance and provide the best value for taxpayers.

    Why Watch

In 2025, Rivers and his team are focused on earning CMMC certification for their facility and cutting overhead costs without compromising security.
