    Lisa Reidy, GDIT

    Lisa Reidy

    Vice President, Security, GDIT

Lisa Reidy is most proud of the strong bond within the GDIT security team, which she says reflects genuine collaboration and a shared commitment. Team members average more than seven years with the company, a longevity she attributes to GDIT’s focus on internal mobility and its emphasis on creating an environment rich with opportunities to grow and innovate.

“We put technology to work for our government clients to drive efficiency—through utilizing AI to identify fraud, waste, and abuse to enhancing the speed of operations—we’re proud to provide mission-essential, hands-on IT that underpins our nation’s security and services,” she said.

    Why Watch

Reidy’s team continues to focus on agility, efficiency and innovation to ensure security functions as a value add. That includes responsibly leveraging technology while emphasizing human intelligence and strengthening relationships with other functions and operations across GDIT. Reidy also looks forward to engaging with industry organizations that foster collaboration with security leaders and government partners to build resilience in today’s evolving threat landscape.

“I feel very privileged to lead a team that is so hardworking—their dedication and success allows missions to thrive,” she said.

Fun fact: Christmas is her favorite holiday, and she admits to going a little over the top with the number of trees and decorations she puts up each year. She also loves karaoke, especially singing country songs. And she delights in watching her children play sports — serving as her daughter’s high school lacrosse team mom is one of her favorite roles.
