Nokia Federal Solutions has appointed Scott Edwards as chief financial officer to lead financial strategy, planning and operations in support of the company’s growth and long-term value creation.
Edwards brings more than 20 years of senior financial leadership in the defense and aerospace industry. He most recently served as division CFO and senior director at Northrop Grumman, where he managed a $2 billion–$3 billion portfolio delivering weapons command and control, modernization and integration capabilities for U.S. and international customers.
He also held leadership roles in digital transformation finance, mergers and acquisitions, and enterprise services, and directed the $327 million divestiture of mission-critical business units.

Edwards is a certified public accountant with a bachelor’s degree in business administration in finance and economics from James Madison University and an accounting certificate from George Mason University.
