Precise Systems has acquired Mission Focused Systems, a provider of systems engineering, cybersecurity and prototyping solutions in a deal that expands Precise’s mission-critical offerings and underscores its commitment to supporting the joint warfighter.

Mission Focused Systems brings decades of experience in engineering services, program management and science and technology support. The company specializes in model-based systems engineering, modeling and simulation, rapid solutioneering and integrated solutions for the Defense Department, intelligence community, federal agencies and commercial clients.

The company said the acquisition broadens Precise’s portfolio in advanced engineering, digital transformation, interactive training and simulation, and platform lifecycle support.

“This acquisition reflects our strategic vision to broaden our capabilities and deepen our impact across the defense community,” said Scott Pfister, president and CEO of Precise Systems. “Mission Focused Systems shares our dedication to innovation, customer service, and supporting the mission of our nation’s Warfighters. Together, we will provide even greater value and expertise to our customers.”

MFS employees will join the Precise Systems workforce, bringing their expertise while gaining access to expanded resources, professional development and a broader platform to serve customers.

“Joining Precise Systems allows us to continue our mission with increased scale and reach,” said Jim Rodman of MFS. “We are proud of the team we have built, the solutions we deliver, and the impact those solutions have on warfighting readiness. We are excited to take this next step as part of Precise Systems.”

The acquisition marks another step in Precise Systems’ growth strategy and reinforces its role as a partner in meeting evolving defense needs. It is the company’s fourth acquisition since beginning its partnership with Bluestone in January 2023.
