CACI International has received a 5-year task order worth up to $180 million to provide secure and stable network operations for Pacific Air Forces in support of U.S. Indo-Pacific Command.
The company will modernize Air Force IT infrastructure to bolster mission readiness, strengthen cyber defense and ensure resilient connectivity for Airmen across the Pacific theater.
“CACI has spent more than two decades innovating, refining, and optimizing network modernization on highly complex and secure networks to support U.S. military operations around the globe,” said John Mengucci, CACI president and CEO. “In such an essential and active region as the Pacific theater, it is imperative to have the adaptability to anticipate operational needs as they evolve—often in real time. Our work on this program for the Air Force will not only replace costly, outdated legacy infrastructure with modern, software-defined networks that are self-healing, more secure, and lower cost, but it will lay the foundation for enhanced capabilities like Zero Trust security, cloud integration, and advanced multi-domain operations.”
CACI will operate, sustain and modernize the Air Force’s Base Area Network under the Base Infrastructure Modernization contract. The company will deploy advanced networking technologies to provide secure, reliable communications that support daily operations, rapid responses and future mission needs in the region.
