Xerox Holdings Corp. President and Chief Operating Officer John Bruno will leave Aug. 31 to become CEO of another company.
Bruno, who has served as president and COO since 2022 and joined the board in 2024, will remain a director and chair the new Integration Committee overseeing the Xerox-Lexmark merger.

As part of the leadership changes, Jacques-Edouard Gueden will become chief revenue officer on Sept. 1, overseeing the company’s direct and indirect print go-to-market units. Gueden, a 30-year Xerox veteran, is now chief channel and partner officer, leading the indirect print go-to-market unit.
