Currently serving as the senior vice president of business enablement at Arcfield, Dukeshire has accomplished significant milestones in a short time. Under her leadership, she implemented automation initiatives that streamline workflows and enhance data integration across key functions, including pricing, supply chain, contracts, property and trade compliance. Since assuming her role in late 2023, she also led efforts to prepare the organization for rigorous government system reviews, ensuring compliance while enhancing customer engagement through more efficient and responsive processes.
