Harmonia Holdings Group has hired Kirstin Shelton as chief human resources officer to lead human resources and talent acquisition, including employee engagement, company culture, recruiting, total rewards and training and development.

Harmonia delivers technologies that help customers use data to support mission success. The company focuses on innovation in the federal government with a technical workforce dedicated to solving critical challenges. Harmonia was recently recertified as a Great Place to Work through the GPTW Trust Index Survey.

“I am excited to become a part of Harmonia’s growth story,” Shelton said. “I look forward to working with the team to formalize the incredible support we provide employees and build on that foundation to ensure we remain an environment where the most innovative and motivated technology and business leaders can grow their careers while serving our government customers.”

Shelton was most recently chief human capital officer at Evoke Consulting and has also held HR leadership roles at OCTO, ICF and SAIC.

“Kirstin is an amazing addition to our leadership team,” said Damon Griggs, CEO of Harmonia. “Her experience supporting both growing and well-established companies will help us scale our focus on employees and further the supportive, entrepreneurial culture that both our employees and customers value.”
