
Harmonia Holdings Group has hired Kirstin Shelton as chief human resources officer to lead human resources and talent acquisition, including employee engagement, company culture, recruiting, total rewards and training and development.
Harmonia delivers technologies that help customers use data to support mission success. The company focuses on innovation in the federal government with a technical workforce dedicated to solving critical challenges. Harmonia was recently recertified as a Great Place to Work through the GPTW Trust Index Survey.

Shelton was most recently chief human capital officer at Evoke Consulting and has also held HR leadership roles at OCTO, ICF and SAIC.
