ECS’ Blue Dawn Gains ‘Awardable’ Status on DOD Tradewinds Marketplace

ECS said its Blue Dawn cloud-based mission partner environment has been designated “awardable” on the Defense Department Chief Digital and Artificial Intelligence Office’s Tradewinds Solutions Marketplace.

The marketplace is part of Tradewinds, the department’s suite of tools to speed the procurement and adoption of artificial intelligence, machine learning, data and analytics capabilities. Awardable status means Blue Dawn is now a contract-ready solution for government customers.

Blue Dawn is IL5 and IL6 compliant and supports secure collaboration, data interoperability and AI development across high-security environments through a commercial delivery model. It also enables coordination for mission areas such as operational decision-making, foreign aid, logistics, training and military equipment delivery and maintenance.

“This milestone underscores ECS’ dedication to delivering a secure platform, backed by the most advanced commercial technologies, that empowers collaboration, accelerates mission execution, and meets the evolving digital demands of the DoD,” said John Heneghan, president of ECS. “Blue Dawn represents our commitment to innovation, interoperability, and future-ready solutions for our nation’s most critical defense priorities.”

ECS’ video submission, “Blue Dawn Mission Partner Collaboration (IL5 and IL6),” is available to government customers on the marketplace and includes a case in which ECS enabled mission partner collaboration between allied nations during a global crisis. Government customers can create a Tradewinds Solutions Marketplace account at tradewindAI.com to view it.
