    Bobby Frazitta, Aretum

Aretum has named Bobby Frazitta vice president of people, a move the company says strengthens its executive leadership team and supports its growth while underscoring its commitment to investing in its workforce.

With over 20 years of human resources leadership experience in the government contracting sector, Frazitta brings extensive expertise in aligning talent strategies with business objectives.

He held key leadership roles at MAG Aerospace, RIVA Solutions and Merlin Cyber, where he scaled People & Culture functions and fostered values-driven workplaces. Frazitta also served in senior HR positions at Raytheon, BAE Systems and Deloitte, with experience spanning employee development, performance management, compensation and benefits, compliance, and strategic support for government programs.

In his new role, he will lead the development of integrated talent strategies that support contract performance, promote employee retention, and enable cross-functional collaboration across a national footprint.

Aretum Executive Vice President of Operations and Growth Tiffany Bailey said Frazitta’s arrival marks a pivotal step in the company’s people-first journey, bringing fresh energy, compassion and vision to how Aretum supports and develops its workforce.

“Bobby’s deep experience in government contracting and his unwavering commitment to culture, integrity, and empowerment align perfectly with who we are and who we’re becoming. I couldn’t be more excited for what’s ahead,” she added.
