    Meryl Glidewell

Vice President of Business Intelligence and Price Strategy, CACI

Meryl Glidewell’s leadership, marked by data-driven insight and keen market intelligence, has been a major impetus for CACI’s continued success. At CACI, she leverages more than two decades of experience shaping pricing and growth strategies across the defense industry sharpening the company’s competitive edge.

Glidewell supports CACI’s growth and program success by implementing a value-centric pricing framework that aligns with the company’s customer and business goals. She oversees a wide range of teams that use data, research and cost estimation to guide CACI’s strategic decision-making.

Glidewell’s most recent efforts reflect a commitment to innovation, adaptability and longevity for the business in a rapidly evolving GovCon landscape. This includes adopting emerging technologies, such as AI-driven estimation tools, and spearheading efforts to upskill CACI’s pricing team so it can lead strategy on more complex, technology-driven contracts.

“Pricing plays a pivotal role in how we align our capabilities with the missions that matter most,” Glidewell said. “By grounding our decisions in data and anticipating where the market is headed, we help position CACI to deliver meaningful solutions to our customers’ most critical national security challenges.”

    Why Watch

In 2025, Glidewell is helping reshape the role of pricing, from a tactical necessity to a core enabler of momentum, agility, and customer success. She is focused on staying ahead of market shifts, advancing CACI’s pricing roadmap to support both top-line and bottom-line growth, while also maintaining a trusted partnership with the company’s line of business leaders. Her teams will continue to help CACI compete smarter and perform stronger across its diverse portfolio.

“Meryl has a rare ability to cut through complexity and bring the right answers into focus,” said CACI Executive Vice President of Business Development Jerry Parker. “She’s helping us reshape how we think about pricing — not just as numbers on a page, but as a forward signal of where the market is moving and how we should respond. Her insight has become an essential part of our business development strategy.”

Fun fact: Glidewell is a dedicated volunteer for individuals experiencing homelessness and is actively involved in securing a development deal for a 70–100-unit affordable housing project in downtown D.C. When she’s not working on housing policy, you can usually find her scuba diving.
