This includes adopting emerging technologies, such as AI-driven estimation tools, and spearheading efforts to upskill CACI’s pricing team so it can lead strategy on more complex, technology-driven contracts.

Fun fact: Glidewell is a dedicated volunteer for individuals experiencing homelessness and is actively involved in securing a development deal for a 70–100-unit affordable housing project in downtown D.C. When she’s not working on housing policy, you can usually find her scuba diving.
