Sigma Defense has many achievements Matt Jones said he’s extremely proud of, but the one that stands out is the successful integration of five companies into a single, cohesive organization fully aligned to deliver end-to-end CJADC2 capabilities.
Acquisitions are complex, Jones said, but the team managed to create cultural alignment across the organization while quickly and efficiently integrating benefits, payroll and technology systems under one umbrella.

Fun Fact: Jones has a self-described “semi-unhealthy” addiction to pickleball. He picked up the sport about eight months ago and has been all in ever since.
