Meisha Lutsey
Executive Vice President of Mission and Engineering Support, CACI
Meisha Lutsey’s proven leadership helped cement CACI’s reputation as a steadfast and trusted partner to defense and intelligence agencies. Approximately one year ago, she took on a new role within CACI as the leader of the Mission and Engineering Support line of business. Here, she oversees a team that supports national security efforts at the frontlines, keeping the nation safe. Together, they have advanced some of the Defense Department’s most critical missions across a diverse portfolio of programs.
As a hands-on leader, Lutsey engages directly with her employees in their operational environments to gain a deep understanding of their work. Her efforts built a foundation that delivers results and positions the team to break new ground as a single, high-performing unit in support of national security.
“We’ve made a meaningful impact this year across some of the toughest mission spaces, and that’s a direct result of the team’s unwavering commitment,” Lutsey said. “The mission and engineering support market is full of opportunity, and realizing its potential takes focus on our people, our customers across the government, including DoD, and the discipline that drives us forward.”
As a result of her efforts, Lutsey successfully integrated several multimillion-dollar contracts into her business area, establishing unified business rhythms, best practices and an organizational structure that enables continued growth. This includes CACI’s engineering support to the U.S. Navy, which accounts for a significant and strategic portion of the company’s maritime portfolio. Lutsey and her team have a critical role in the company’s continued growth while providing significant value to customers across DOD and the Intelligence Community.
