    RELI Group Adds Jason Balser as Senior Director of AI & Data Strategy

    Jason Balser, RELI Group

    RELI Group has appointed Jason Balser as senior director of AI and data strategy to lead enterprise initiatives focused on using data and AI to improve operational efficiency, drive insights and support mission-critical decisions in health and national security sectors.

    Balser brings over 20 years of experience as a technology executive and advisor. His background includes enterprise modernization, stakeholder engagement and applied innovation, with a focus on turning emerging technologies into practical solutions that advance public sector missions.

    “Jason’s forward-thinking approach and deep technical knowledge will be instrumental as we expand our data and AI capabilities,” said Vishal Tulsian, president and COO of RELI Group. “His leadership will help our clients unlock new value and build more resilient, mission-focused organizations.”

    Before joining RELI, Balser served as vice president at CGI, where he led large-scale transformation programs for global financial institutions and mission-driven organizations. He holds a Bachelor of Science in mathematics with a minor in computer science from Clemson University and certifications in AI strategy and customer experience.
