HII has named former Hexcel Corp. Chairman, CEO and President Nick Stanage to its board of directors, bringing decades of industrial manufacturing experience across aerospace, automotive and construction equipment sectors.
Stanage joined Hexcel in 2009 as president, became chief operating officer in 2012 and then CEO in 2013. He retired as president and CEO in May 2024 and served as executive chairman until November 2024.
Before Hexcel, he spent 20 years with Honeywell Aerospace and Transportation Systems in technology, operations and supply chain leadership roles. He later joined Dana Holding Corp. as president of its Heavy Vehicle Products group.
Stanage also serves on the board of TriMas Corp. and sits on its compensation and governance and nominating committees.
