Kelly Morrison, senior vice president at HumanTouch, has been elected secretary of Executive Women in Government for 2025-2026.
EWG helps prepare and support women for senior federal leadership roles. Morrison’s election highlights her ongoing influence and alignment with the group’s mission beyond her federal career.
Morrison said she is honored to serve as secretary of Executive Women in Government alongside accomplished leaders. She called the group a community of powerhouse women who have long inspired her and said it is a privilege to take on a leadership role at a pivotal time for the country and the future of public service.
“EWG is all about advancing, supporting, and connecting women across the federal government,” she added. “I’m excited to help further that mission and continue empowering the next generation of women executives across government.”
Morrison, a champion of women in leadership, is a former federal executive with nearly 20 years of service in four federal agencies including the Executive Office of the President. While serving in government, she was an active member of EWG and held volunteer leadership roles like program chair and summit chair.
At HumanTouch, Morrison drives “profound and actionable change” in federal civilian and defense customer environments with agentic-AI solutions, automations, efficiencies and decision intelligence solutions, the company said.
