Guidehouse has named Lindsay Rubin, Jamie Sanchez-Anderson and Frank Winegar as partners in its Payer/Provider practice.

Rubin brings over 20 years of experience in financial and revenue cycle optimization, healthcare consumerism and innovation strategy. She has led multimillion-dollar performance improvement and digital transformation initiatives and will help providers achieve sustainable growth through data-driven solutions.
Sanchez-Anderson, a former nurse executive, combines clinical insight with operational expertise. She has led multi-year hospital transformations in margin improvement, workforce management, systems implementation and clinical redesign with AI and emerging technologies.
Winegar has over 20 years of experience in care delivery transformation. He has helped organizations improve performance, expand value-based care and innovate across the care continuum. At Guidehouse, he will focus on optimizing systemwide operations and expanding care-at-home solutions.
