Clarity Innovations has named Diana Leadbetter, a veteran HR executive with experience scaling teams from 700 to over 30,000 employees in national security and tech, as its new chief human resources officer.
The company said her appointment comes as it accelerates growth and sharpens its focus on people-driven performance.
“Diana’s appointment marks a step forward in our plan to scale with intention,” said Wes Daniels, Clarity co-founder and CEO. “Diana brings a track record of building high-performance cultures, operational excellence, and leadership development that will be critical as we continue to grow and support increasingly complex mission needs.”
Co-founder Michael Kukuselis emphasized the importance of people-centered leadership.
“The best cultures are built through good mentorship, collaboration, and an understanding that success is achieved by the many, not just one or two people,” he said. “Diana shares the belief that people are our greatest differentiator and that great leadership is the foundation of scalable, sustainable impact.”
Both leaders shared their enthusiasm to welcome Leadbetter and expressed their full support as she works to evolve and mature Clarity’s people strategies and internal processes.
Leadbetter shared her excitement about joining Clarity and the “opportunity to grow a company on its upward trajectory.”
“The foundational work to establish a positive, values-driven culture is already in place at Clarity,” she added. “Now, it’s about maturing the employee experience, streamlining HR processes to improve efficiency, and strategically aligning the HR organization with the specific business and financial objectives to drive successful outcomes to take the company to the next level from a people perspective.”
Clarity Innovations said Leadbetter’s experience will help the company strengthen internal systems, talent pipelines and processes to support both employees and customers as it continues to grow and attract mission-focused leaders.
