Chugach Government Solutions, LLC has added two executives to its leadership team: Ken Ackerman as vice president of human resources and Isaac Fawehinmi as vice president and controller.

Ackerman brings over 20 years of experience driving organizational transformation and strategic HR initiatives across federal contracting, defense and professional services. Before joining CGS, he was executive director of human resources at V2X, where he led corporate learning and development, employee experience and philanthropic strategies for 16,000 employees.
He held leadership roles at Booz Allen Hamilton, overseeing talent planning and integration, and at Rummel, Klepper & Kahl as chief human resources officer, managing HR strategy for 1,500 employees. Earlier in his career, Ackerman advanced HR initiatives at Northrop Grumman, Legg Mason Investments and Lockheed Martin, with expertise in HRIS implementation, benefit planning, employee development, mergers and acquisitions and workforce planning.
Fawehinmi brings over 20 years of experience in financial management, compliance and operational

excellence across federal contracting and commercial sectors. He most recently served as vice president of accounting and finance at All Native Group, leading strategic pricing, financial planning and systems optimization.
He drove financial integration and ERP implementation at USA Millwork, improving reporting and reducing costs. He also held senior finance roles at Sev1Tech, DTI Management and ImmixGroup, managing forecasting, audits and financial systems while supporting mergers, acquisitions and GAAP compliance.
A licensed certified public accountant in Virginia, Fawehinmi is known for building high-performing teams and delivering actionable financial insights.
