Those who exploit federal health programs cost taxpayers billions of dollars, according to a report from the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services, while putting beneficiaries’ health and welfare at risk.

Fun Fact: When Hofgesang was in fifth grade, he won the New Jersey State invention competition by inventing an automatic fish feeder. The win earned him a spot on The Dr. Fad Show, a popular children’s invention show that aired on CBS in 1988.
