    Top Health Care Execs to Watch in 2025: Epoch Concepts’ Nick Kinsman

    Nick Kinsman recently aligned Epoch Concepts’ engineering and leadership teams to utilize its technical capabilities to improve veteran healthcare.

    In terms of aligning with the current administration’s priorities to reduce cost, streamline operations and improve government efficiency, Epoch Concepts is evaluating technology debt and working with teams to develop strategies to improve outcomes and minimize excess overlapping costs.

    The focus on time to value is one Epoch Concepts strives to push forward to ensure that technology is never the delay that impacts patient care to serve the veteran community.

    “Nick embodies the values we stand for at Epoch Concepts: integrity, dedication, and a relentless drive to make a difference. His leadership, work ethic, and passion for our mission have made a lasting impact on our team and the clients we serve. I’m proud to have him on our team,” said Wendy Ripley, vice president of FED, SLED & Enterprise at Epoch Concepts.

    In 2025, Kinsman’s team is focused on evaluating technology overlap and working to consolidate workloads to improve real time data for patient care. They are also focused on accelerating the time to value for technology projects.

    “Our team has grown year-over-year while focusing on a mission to serve Veterans and the community. Our work revolves around IT – but we always ask the question: ‘how does this impact the Veteran?’ We will continue serving to bring the best possible outcomes for our Veterans,” Kinsman said.
