Why Watch
In 2025, Yuson is focused on adapting Capgemini’s proven global health care solutions, such as Banner Health’s Digital Front Door in the United States, France’s Health Data Hub, Denmark’s discharge optimization engine and AI-powered virtual clinics — to the unique challenges of U.S. federal health agencies. These are not pilot concepts; they are tested platforms already improving patient outcomes across Europe. Now, Capgemini is building U.S. federal versions that integrate ambient listening, real-time data trust and predictive capacity planning to support the VA, DHA and HHS as they modernize public service delivery.
“Capgemini transforms federal health delivery through intelligent platforms, modular digital infrastructure, and secure interoperability frameworks,” Yuson said. “We combine real-time data fusion, AI-assisted triage, and seamless digital experiences—tested through pilot-first models that scale quickly across the enterprise. Our approach connects battlefield to bedside, HQ to field unit, and human to system—by bringing modern tech to mission care.”
