    Wanda Miller, Epoch Concepts

    Wanda Miller

Vice President Sales- Navy & Marine Corps, Epoch Concepts

Wanda Miller’s biggest recent achievement was helping PEO Digital implement Flank Speed Edge, the Navy’s Azure Local HCI solution designed to extend Flank Speed to the user edge. The effort brought enterprise-grade cloud capabilities and zero trust security directly to on-premises environments using Dell infrastructure.

Epoch Concepts is helping the Navy modernize operations and cut costs by delivering ready-to-deploy technology solutions under more efficient, fixed-price contracts. As a key partner on the Flank Speed Edge team, the company is bringing secure, modern tools to more than 1,000 Navy sites worldwide. The work replaces outdated systems, accelerates delivery and helps the Navy shift from slow processes to real results.

“Wanda has a rare ability to navigate complexity and get things done, no matter how challenging the mission,” said Epoch Concepts President Kevin Mackey. “She’s played a key role in bringing real solutions to the Navy when and where they’re needed most. Her work speaks for itself.”

    Why Watch

In 2025, Miller’s team is focused on supporting the Navy’s shift to a single enterprise network across CONUS and OCONUS through Azure Flank Speed. The team is helping extend this capability to the edge — including afloat environments — by delivering secure, mission-ready technology wherever it’s needed. It’s the company’s largest project to date.

Fun Fact: The beach is Miller’s happy place, and she especially enjoys international travel. One of her favorite destinations is Israel, but the most beautiful place she’s visited is the Maldives — where the sunsets, she says, are absolutely unforgettable.
